ASCO Annual Meeting — June 5-9, 2026, Chicago, IL. Primary audience: US oncology. Our presence: 4 abstracts (1 LBA at Plenary, 2 oral, 1 poster). Symposium: pending — meeting space confirmed but session content under review. MSL field coverage: full team. CI coverage: Jordan + 2 backup analysts.
ESMO Congress — September 12-16, 2026, Madrid. Primary audience: European oncology. Our presence: 5 abstracts (1 oral, 2 poster discussions, 2 posters). Symposium: confirmed, Tuesday September 15 evening slot, title: 'Long-term durability outcomes in PD-L1-high NSCLC: implications for first-line treatment.' MSL field coverage: full team plus regional MSLs.
AHA Scientific Sessions — November 7-10, 2026, New Orleans. Primary audience: cardiology (interest in checkpoint inhibitor cardiotoxicity profile). Our presence: 1 poster on cardiovascular safety in long-term ZENITH-1 follow-up.
ACR Annual Meeting — November 14-18, 2026, Washington DC. Primary audience: rheumatology (immune-related AE management). Our presence: 1 poster + 1 symposium on irAE management protocols.

Abstract LBA — ZENITH-1 5-year OS update. Presented at Plenary Session, Sunday June 7 morning. Embargo lifts June 7. PI presenter: Dr. Mok. Co-authors: Peters, Schmid, Rizvi, Ramalingam, Mok. Implications: 5-year OS data is the durability proof point for the franchise and for HTA submissions in development.

Symposium content
ESMO symposium (Sep 15 evening): 'Long-term durability outcomes in PD-L1-high NSCLC: implications for first-line treatment.' Three speakers: Dr. Peters (overview of the long-term durability question), Dr. Mok (ZENITH-1 5-year data), Dr. Schmid (clinical interpretation and positioning). Followed by panel discussion with audience Q&A. MAR-cleared content.

Post-congress activity
Post-ASCO: KOL roundtable virtual call (June 18) to align messaging on the 5-year data. Post-congress brief to commercial team by Friday June 12. MAR-cleared talk track refresh by Friday June 19.
Post-ESMO: Internal European post-meeting summit (September 22) to coordinate the regional MSL strategy. Symposium recap brief to commercial team by September 25.
Risks

Embargo violations: tightly controlled internal access to abstract text pre-embargo. No external commentary until embargo lifted.
